Managing Director

Charles has led instructions and originated transactions on assets including major CBD mixed-use holdings and development sites, regional and sub-regional shopping centres, CBD office buildings, prime strip retail and city fringe and suburban development sites.  His vast experience spans Australian, UK and Asian real estate markets. Charles holds a Master in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, as well as a double Bachelor of Commerce and Property and Construction degree from University of Melbourne.

He transitioned over to commercial real estate initially at CBRE in a specialist retail leasing role. Xander joined Emmetts in October 2020, adding to the team’s fire power in this specialist sub-sector. Xander brings expertise in retail real estate, a diversity of commercial real estate experience and a hunger to achieve greater heights in the sector.
